Position Responsibilities Deliver channel strategy documents to leadership, focusing on the current year and 3‑year planning. Own P&L and perform financial analysis for large clients. Negotiate large client contracts. Influence product and selection strategy. Build long‑term strategic relationships to drive revenue and non‑revenue goals. Mentor junior team members and stakeholders. Develop mechanisms to monitor business health and recommend improvements. Lead global programs for client management strategies and rollout of global SOPs. Own the relationship and business roadmap with Costa Rica Operations, appreciating Latin American business culture.
Basic Qualifications
Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
Seven years of experience in a Senior Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or related role.
Seven years of experience working with senior or executive level counterparts.
Skilled in financial analysis, forecasting, and large contract negotiations.

Job Details 40 hours per week, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Salary Range: $156,208 /year to $160,000 /year.
