Overview
The Project Manager, Marketing & Communications supports the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing and communications projects across design, copy, and video teams. This role serves as the primary project management partner for assigned service line and enterprise accounts, ensuring work is clearly scoped, efficiently routed, and delivered on time and within established processes. This position provides day‑to‑day project support for Internal Medicine, The College of Medicine, Advancement, and National Reputation initiatives, with a strong focus on email campaigns, YouTube conversions, proofreading requests, corporate production requests, Uniprint online store, and minor revisions.

National Reputation
Uniprint online store
Support recurring and quick‑turn request types:
National Reputation email campaigns
YouTube conversions
Proofreading requests
Corporate production requests
Primary care
Minor revisions and updates
Coordinate cross‑functional teammates, maintain project momentum, and provide clear communication and follow‑through across a high volume of requests.
Qualifications Experience Level: Intermediate
Skills: Marketing communications, Marketing Coordinator, project coordinate
Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Columbus, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $30.00 – $37.00 per hour.
