Summary In this role, we seek a meticulous and collaborative individual, as the Graphic Designer will be responsible for providing graphic design support for different internal projects. They assist in the creation and execution of visually compelling materials that support brand campaigns and projects. Key responsibilities include designing marketing, producing presentations (printing/trimming/mounting/setting mock store), preparing files for final distribution, and ensuring visual consistency across all channels. This role works closely with creative leads, copywriters, and strategists to bring campaigns to life.
Responsibilities
Provide design support to the in-store experience team daily, focusing primarily on floorset marketing and innovative creation
Support design influence for in-house photo shoots
Gather inspiration/patterning to inform and inspire ideas for upcoming projects
Responsible for preparing marketing decks for presentations
Producing 10-12 themes per year by setting mock store with marketing concepts (printing/trimming/mounting/setting mock store)
Responsible for working with the design function leads on organizing and cleaning design files in preparation for art release
Collaborate with other Creatives, Copy, Creative Services, Traffic and Procurement teams to properly implement each project
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in applications including Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign and Photoshop
Strong knowledge of graphic design, creative design, production artwork and print services
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to work cross‑functionally with various internal teams
FileMaker experience a plus
Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Art/Design
