Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives across digital, brand, and event channels. This role works closely with the Director of Marketing to manage projects, coordinate campaigns, assist with digital marketing efforts (including paid media, email, and reporting), and ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track.
Role The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and creative, with a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This position plays a critical role in keeping the marketing team aligned, accountable, and moving initiatives forward across multiple markets.

Reports To Director, Marketing
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Marketing in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives and campaigns across multiple channels.
Manage marketing project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure initiatives stay on schedule.
Support digital marketing efforts, including assisting in the coordination of paid media, email marketing, website updates, and campaign reporting.
Contribute creative ideas and assist in the development of marketing content, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Help organize and execute marketing events and trade shows.
Requirements Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
2–4 years of experience in marketing, marketing coordination, or a related role.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives and deadlines.
Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas for campaigns, content, and marketing initiatives.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as email marketing systems, CRM platforms, or marketing automation tools.
Basic understanding of marketing analytics, reporting, and campaign performance metrics.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members across multiple locations.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and maintaining brand consistency.
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Professional, dependable, and proactive approach to supporting marketing initiatives and projects.
Work Environment Office setting; regular interaction with internal partners across the U.S.; fast‑paced workflow requiring urgency, flexibility, and professionalism.
