Sales Coordinator (Communications Team) Jenkins &Wynne – Clarksville, TN

About This Role We’re looking for someone who’s outgoing, organized, and loves connecting with people to join our team.

This isn’t your typical “sales” job — you won’t be on the showroom floor. Instead, you’ll be the

first impression of our dealership , helping customers online, over text, and on the phone — guiding them toward scheduling a visit.

What You’ll Do

Respond to incoming leads (text, phone, email, online inquiries)

Start conversations and build real connections with customers

Schedule and confirm sales appointments

Follow up with customers who missed their appointment

Re‑engage past customers and generate new opportunities

Work closely with a supportive team that wants you to win

Your main goal? Set quality appointments that actually show.

Pay & Perks

$500/week base draw

($26,000/year, commission‑backed)

Commission per appointment

based on performance: $40–$51 per appointment depending on how well do you at converting your leads to appointments.

$250 monthly bonus opportunity

(based on performance metrics like appointment show ratio)

Top performer bonus

for leading the team in appointments + strong show rate

Holiday bonus based on dealership performance

Translation: The more you improve your skills, the more you make — quickly. Yearly pay can range from $60k-$85k, with no caps/limits.

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills (texting + talking)

Positive attitude and team‑first mindset

Self‑motivated and goal‑driven

Comfortable multitasking and staying organized

Customer service or retail experience is a plus — but not required

Schedule Full‑time position, typically 7am‑4pm, 8am‑5pm, 10am‑7pm, or 11am‑8pm (Schedule details discussed during interview - we can be flexible!)
