Our Marketing Associate works side-by-side with our Campaign Manager and will work closely with our sales teams globally. Our Marketing Associate strives to develop and execute local marketing plans that drive the pipeline for net new target demographics as well as customer acquisition opportunities. You will create a marketing mix consisting of regional events, partner marketing, and strategic sales support with visibility and insights into local markets. We are based in Columbus Ohio, with other divisions in Austin Tx, Cincinatti, New York, Miami and San Diego!

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Entry Level Marketing Associate at Arch City. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, which may include communication with customers, conducting market research, assisting with sales initiatives, participating in marketing campaigns, and managing projects. The Marketing Associate will play a vital role in implementing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities

Proficiency in Market Research and an ability to analyze trends and gather insights

Basic understanding of Marketing principles, with experience or interest in developing marketing campaigns

Sales knowledge or experience, with skills in client relationship management considered a plus

Project Management abilities, including organizational skills and the capability to meet deadlines

Creativity, a collaborative mindset, and enthusiasm for supporting dynamic event and marketing initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus
