About the Role We are seeking an Entry-Level Promotional Marketing Associate to join our Reno team. This full‑time, in‑person role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands‑on experience in marketing, customer engagement, and brand representation. This position involves working within retail locations to support promotional campaigns and interact directly with customers.
Responsibilities
Support in‑store marketing campaigns at assigned retail locations
Engage with customers to provide clear and accurate product information
Assist with promotional activities and brand awareness initiatives
Maintain a professional and consistent brand presence
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet campaign goals
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or marketing is helpful but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on‑site in a retail setting
Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented
Open to training, feedback, and skill development
Pay range and compensation package
Hourly base pay and additional performance‑based incentives offered (not commission‑only)
Full‑time schedule with some flexibility in shift timing
