Texas Sports Academy operates an accelerated academic program integrated with elite athletic training. Student-athletes spend their weekdays in the classroom, on the field, and in the gym — all moments worth documenting. Your role is to be present, identify the moment, film it, edit, and publish. No studio setup. No approval workflow. No creative brief required. Four to five hours on campus each weekday, then your workday is complete. We are hiring four individuals — one for each of our campuses in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston. You will be responsible for all social content at your assigned campus from the start, with follower growth and engagement serving as the primary metrics of your performance. This is a part-time position: 20–25 hours weekly at $30 per hour, on-site during weekdays. The work you produce is visible, measurable, and entirely your own. What You Will Be Doing
Being on campus 4–5 hours every weekday to document unscripted moments with student-athletes using your mobile device Editing and publishing to TikTok and Instagram Reels on the same day — platform-native, quick, and without waiting for approvals Analyzing performance metrics weekly (views, engagement, follower counts) to determine what resonates and why Refining hooks, formats, and content direction based on data insights, not just intuition Sustaining a consistent daily posting rhythm without interruptions

Following a content calendar created by others — you determine what to film and publish Creating polished productions that require multi-day turnarounds Waiting for creative approval prior to publishing Working from a desk; this position is field-based, phone in hand, every weekday

Basic Requirements
Proven history of posting to TikTok and/or Instagram Reels with consistent short-form video content Located in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, or Houston, TX; this is an on-site weekday position Available for 4–5 hours of on-campus content creation each weekday, Monday through Friday
Nice-to-have Requirements
Experience in athletics, youth sports, or educational settings — comfortable working on the ground with student-athletes Proven instinct for trend timing — has successfully adapted trending formats to a specific subject, community, or niche History of measurable account growth linked to a consistent posting approach you can explain in detail

This is a part-time (25 hours per week), long-term position.
