Responsibilities
Direct and oversee day to day operations of community staff Ensure accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports Manage highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation Ensure excellent customer service to all residents and prospects Achieve high resident retention and leasing expectations
Qualifications
Leadership and team-building skills Excellent mathematical skills (high school level) Strive for excellence
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Two years of apartment management experience
