Collision Center Estimator / Body Shop Auto Insurance Adjuster
Responsibilities
Greet customers and vendors with professionalism and care.
Inspect damaged vehicles and create accurate repair estimates.
Prepare detailed reports and calculate parts/labor costs.
Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters.
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
Process paperwork and ensure accurate system entries.
Manage workload and prioritize multiple repair jobs.
Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
Qualifications
3+ years of collision estimating / insurance adjusting experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Knowledge of repair procedures and insurance processes.
Organized, detail‑oriented, dependable.
Computer proficiency required.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
High school diploma or GED (additional training a plus).
