Role Description This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Hartford, CT. As a Business Development Representative, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. Qualifications

Experience in Inside Sales and proficiency in Lead Generation

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development

Ability to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions

Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales‑related software

Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Prior experience working in a customer‑focused or fast‑paced sales environment is a plus
