The Senior Designer is a highly skilled and versatile creative professional with advanced expertise in design principles across both print and digital platforms. The Senior Designer will produce visually compelling content—integrating text, photography, illustration, video, and data visualization—often under tight deadlines, while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail. Reporting to the Executive Director of Brand & Creative Services, the Senior Designer will also work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, balancing strategic priorities with hands‑on design execution while meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent, high‑quality output. In addition to executing high‑quality design work, this position will lead, mentor, and train student workers, and play a key role in developing and maintaining brand standards through strong typography, layout, and design systems. This role operates within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, requiring the ability to manage multiple projects while contributing innovative ideas that enhance the University’s brand.

Knowledge equivalent to that gained through a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field, at least five years of professional experience, preferably agency or marketing team experience, is required. The position requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity with print production processes, and strong organizational and project management skills. A demonstrated collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous growth and Christ‑focused mission of the university is essential.
