Description:
We're looking for a Graphic Designer and content creator to support Tapstitch's content and brand team across marketing (social, web, brand).
This is a hands‑on, high‑exposure role for someone early in their career who wants to build real work, not just mock projects, and contribute to a fast‑growing startup. You'll be designing assets that go live across our channels, from social posts and video overlays to campaign visuals and apparel graphics.
We're actively developing our visual identity and design systems, which means this role is an opportunity to help shape how Tapstitch looks and feels across platforms, while also helping create the templates and systems that make our content ownable and scalable.
You’ll work closely with the social, content, and growth teams to bring ideas to life quickly, test new directions, and turn creative concepts into repeatable formats. From spotting a TikTok trend and proposing the concept for us to execute to working from structured briefs to design and create content for Tapstitch channels, this is a role that requires flexibility and think‑outside‑the‑box initiative to support in shaping the Tapstitch visual brand and execute content creation that elevates it.
This role is ideal for someone with strong taste, attention to detail, and a desire to both create and build structure. Interest in fashion and knowledge of current trends are highly desired.
Responsibilities
Design assets for social media (Instagram carousels, TikTok/IG overlays, YouTube thumbnails)
Help define and evolve Tapstitch's visual identity across channels in collaboration with the Content and Marketing team
Build and maintain scalable design templates for recurring content series
Create structured systems for organizing and operationalizing design across teams
Support creation of visual content for campaigns, launches, and product drops
Design assets that support storytelling (case studies, educational content, product highlights)
Collaborate with the Content team to create short‑form video content across social channels
Spot social and visual trends and propose concepts to the content team to execute on, including viral TikTok and Instagram trends to then create the content for public use
Design graphics for clothing using Tapstitch products for use in content and campaigns
Help iterate on high‑performing formats and continuously improve visual outputSupport web and marketing design needs (emails, landing pages, decks)
Use AI tools to generate visuals, explore creative directions, and improve design workflows
Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets

Requirements
Portfolio demonstrating strong visual taste and layout skills
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Canva
Specifically, expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator
Understanding of social‑first design and formatting (best practices for IG, TikTok, YouTube)
Strong attention to detail for brand (typography, spacing, hierarchy)
Ability to get feedback and iterate quickly
Interest in fashion, streetwear, and internet culture
Content creation and video editing skills and willingness to grow those skills (you don't need to be a videographer, but iPhone photography/video skills is a plus!)
Interest in AI tools and willingness to experiment with new design workflows and technologies
