Rhoden Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of large commercial roofing projects. This role is central to maintaining our reputation for operational excellence, safety, and superior workmanship.

What You’ll Do
Oversee all phases of large commercial roofing projects, from planning through final completion
Serve as the primary point of contact during the construction phase
Ensure all work meets industry standards for quality and safety, including regular site inspections and coordination of safety protocols
Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality materials, and efficient service
Provide technical expertise and solutions when project challenges arise
Evaluate and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Uphold Rhoden Roofing’s workmanship warranty through timely issue resolution and proper documentation
Conduct final walk‑arounds, ensuring roofs and surrounding areas are clean and meet all specifications
Meet with manufacturer inspectors and complete any punch‑list items
Review completed work with customers and address questions
Capture final project photos for documentation
What You Bring
Strong mechanical ability and hands‑on roofing experience
Deep familiarity with roofing systems, materials, equipment, and jobsite operations
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
High‑level problem solving and decision‑making
Organizational and analytical abilities
Computer and typing proficiency
Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs
Frequent walking, standing, climbing ladders, and accessing roofs
Clear vision, hearing, and communication abilities
Regular use of computers and mobile devices
Work performed in both office and field environments
Exposure to weather, heights, noise, and jobsite conditions
Occasional early mornings, evenings, or adjusted hours to meet project deadlines or customer needs
