Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Property Manager based in Rockledge, FL. The Commercial Property Manager will oversee lease administration, coordinate lease negotiations, and manage leasing activities to maintain occupancy levels. The role involves managing day-to-day property operations, addressing tenant needs, and ensuring proper property maintenance. The role also requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong communication and resolve tenant or property management matters effectively. Qualifications Lease Administration and Lease Negotiation skills to manage and optimize lease agreements Property Management expertise for overseeing operations and maintaining properties Knowledge and understanding of leases to ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and internal teams Ability to work independently and problem-solve in managing property-related challenges Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred) Proficiency with property management software is a plus Relevant certifications, such as CPM or RPA, are considered an asset
