Director of Dining Services
to oversee an exciting school nutrition program serving
3,000 students across 6 schools
in beautiful Humboldt County, Nevada.

What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing dining team
Drive innovation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence
Ensure compliance with NSLP guidelines, safety, and sanitation standards
Manage budgets, control costs, and deliver outstanding results
Build strong relationships with school partners, families, and staff
What We’re Looking For
Associate Degree required
(Food Service Management, Culinary, Hospitality, or Nutrition preferred)
5+ years of foodservice management experience
Experience with high-volume food production and catering
P&L or contract-managed services experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills
