Loan Servicing Specialist

Our North Dallas customer is adding a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist. You will work directly with business customers to answer questions and resolve issues by phone and email. You will work with commercial real estate and commercial construction loan including taking payments, doing light collections and working with the general ledger. Prior knowledge of banking regulations is required for this role. Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in loan operations Have a strong aptness for customer service and excellent verbal communication skills Process Loan payments by ACH, wire or deposit, and initiate loan draws 1+ year of experience posting payments to current loans Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook High School diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree preferred Please call if you have questions: Sharon Leposki at 214-515-7607 or submit your resume.
