Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Corpus Christi, TX, for a Leads and Techs position. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance and technical repairs on renewable energy equipment, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with team members, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with technical and operational standards. The role also involves documenting work, maintaining tools and equipment, and collaborating with team members to achieve project goals on time.
Qualifications
Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems
Experience in operations and maintenance (O&M) procedures for wind and solar energy systems
Ability to read technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices for field services in the renewable energy sector
Strong time management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Availability to work on-site in a physically demanding role and travel to project locations as needed
Relevant technical certifications or training in renewable energy systems preferred
Previous experience in a similar or related role is a plus
