ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is in search of a Technical SalesRepresentative
for Southern Greece to join their commercial team.
As a Technical Sales Representative for the Protective Packaging Division, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and expanding our market presence across Southern Greece. You will act as a strategic partner to our customers, identifying their unique needs and delivering value-added, sustainable packaging solutions.
Location: Athens, Greece Job Type: Full-Time ️You will be reporting to: South East Europe Sales Manager
Responsibilities
Actively hunt for new business opportunities and prospect potential clients within the assigned territory.
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and distributors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Conduct technical assessments of customer packaging lines to recommend innovative equipment and material solutions (e.g., cushioning, surface protection).
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve or exceed annual sales targets and margin goals.
Partner with internal Technical Services, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to provide seamless support and resolve customer challenges.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge in the local market.
Requirements
At least 5-8 years of experience in sales.
Experience in technical sales (e.g., industrial sales or building materials etc).
Graduate of a Technical University or College (considered a plus).
Capabilities in fixing and troubleshooting electromechanical problems.
Language Skills: Fluent English speaking.
