Overview Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of programs to ensure appropriateness, effectiveness and variety in trainings/activities to meet the goals outlined in individual participant’s IPPs.
Provide direct supervision/support to facility management, including but not limited to hiring, training, evaluating, positive direction and updates to organizational, state and federal guidelines.
Ensure compliance of all supervised areas as it relates to the funding, licensing agents, local, state and federal guidelines.
Develop and oversee annual programmatic budget and monitor program fiscal responsibility through variance reports, census monitoring, quarterly attendance reviews, bad debt management, service authorization monitoring and client ratio analysis.
Ensure high quality programming for all recreational and meaningful day activities, skill training and community outings.
Continue to drive operations to meet vision, mission and strategic plans.
Monitor operational goals and objectives to support the vision, mission and strategic plan.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required.
2+ years of experience providing direct services to recipients with developmental disabilities.
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience and operational management preferred.
Valid Florida Driver's License at all times.
Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship now or in the future.
