Role Description As a Sales & Leasing Advisor, you’ll be actively involved in building and executing commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.

Prospecting and developing relationships with property owners, tenants, and investors

Identifying leasing and investment sales opportunities

Touring properties and meeting with clients

Analyzing deals, pricing, and market conditions

Collaborating with the team on strategy, positioning, and negotiations

Structuring and negotiating leases and purchase agreements

Managing transactions through closing

You won’t be doing it alone—but you will be expected to take ownership of your business.

Qualifications

Licensed real estate professionals (or actively pursuing licensure)

Self-motivated, disciplined, and relationship-driven

Strong communicators with a professional presence

Comfortable working independently, while contributing to a team
