This is a full-time, on-site role for a PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Building) Erection Superintendent based in the Riviera Beach Area. The selected candidate will lead and oversee the onsite construction and erection of PEMB structures. Daily responsibilities include supervising crews, managing schedules, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining workplace safety. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Qualifications

Proficiency in PEMB erection, construction supervision, and on-site project management Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction environments Experience in scheduling, resource allocation, and team leadership Strong communication skills for coordination with clients, subcontractors, and project teams Working knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications Relevant certifications or licenses in construction and safety standards are a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or vocational training is an advantage
