Role Description This is a part time, role for a Construction Estimator based in Phoenix, AZ. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with project managers, architects, and clients. Additional responsibilities include tracking material costs, identifying budget constraints, and ensuring cost efficiency throughout all phases of construction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Construction Estimating and performing Quantity Take-offs
Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting for construction projects
Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, architects, and project teams
Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Experience with construction estimating software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
