Under the direction of the Vice President of Portfolio Management, the Asset Manager is an integral part of the asset disposition process within Auction.com. The primary responsibility is to oversee Auction.com’s Asset Management Partner and other ancillary partners to ensure our clients’ overall performance expectations are met. The Asset Manager will be directly responsible for the overall performance of the portfolio and the Asset Management Partner in which they are assigned.

Responsibilities

Create and issue routine reports to ensure providers are meeting process‑level SLAs.

Facilitate weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly meetings with various providers to review performance and address delays.

Review asset values and current pricing and make disposition recommendations.

Identify aged populations for internal strategy reviews weekly.

Prepare aged asset review documents including marketing history, challenges, and liquidation recommendations.

Assist the Auction Asset Managers in identifying assets for auction and in providing price‑change recommendations to our clients.

Responsible for the overall performance of the portfolio and the Asset Management Partner in which assigned.

Provide routine updates to the Vice President and the assigned client.

Ensure timeliness, quality, and completeness of property documentation and related tasks.

Ensure policies and procedures are updated as processes and client expectations change.

Facilitate training as needed.

Create and present a compilation of reports for the above‑referenced asset‑management tasks.

Skills & Abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) with an intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Excel.

Ability to interact with senior management, colleagues, and clients.

Results‑oriented with a can‑do attitude and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.

Detail‑oriented and able to perform under tight time constraints.

Ability to present a professional image and demeanor to internal and external customers.

Ability to handle confidential material.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or associate’s degree with a concentration in business, real estate or a related field preferred.

2–5 years of REO asset‑management experience.

Compensation & Benefits In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
