Entry Level Sales Professional

Role Description The Entry Level Sales Professional will be responsible for generating sales by identifying leads, building relationships, and presenting solutions to potential clients. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients and scheduling meetings. Additionally, the individual will work closely with the marketing and Senior Sales Team teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Knoxville, TN, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship-building, presentations, and client interactions

Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify leads and close deals

Basic understanding of marketing principles to align sales strategies with organizational goals

Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Results-driven mindset with the capacity to meet or exceed sales targets

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Ability to work well in a team setting and thrive in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred

Previous sales experience or training is a plus but not required
