Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners will drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Comprehensive 10‑week training program with starting hourly rate of $25.00/hour until assigned a route
Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route
Majority of work on a 4‑Day workweek
Majority of work no nights or weekends
Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives
Key Responsibilities
You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to first day of employment, candidates must: Have an active driver’s license
Be at least 21 years of age
Obtain a DOT medical certification
Provide documentation regarding prior employment
Physical ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
A high school diploma, GED or military service.
The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
Self‑motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals.
A positive attitude, along with ambition, organization and service spirit.
