Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mentor, OH, for a Construction Estimator. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for performing detailed quantity take-offs, preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates, and managing project budgets. The role also involves close collaboration with project teams to refine bids and budgets, maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
Excellent Communication skills to interact with project teams, clients, and stakeholders
Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines
Familiarity with construction software and tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred
Previous experience in construction estimation and cost analysis required
