Position Overview Be an Eagle – Where Purpose Takes Flight! Join the Office of Undergraduate Admissions to identify, qualify, and enroll a diverse population of talented students. This role manages travel processes, recruitment calendar, and supports campus tour and ambassador programs.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage travel processes for the office of undergraduate admissions, including the annual recruitment calendar and responding to 500+ travel requests.
Process event payments, correspond with alumni, and use data to inform recruitment decisions.
Supervise the campus tour coordinator and student ambassadors; serve as backup and acting Director as needed.
Serve on the Undergraduate Admissions leadership team and chair the Eagle Preview (Open House) Committee.
Collect, analyze, and report on campus visit program data; coordinate recruitment data entry into CRM and databases.
Recruit students and manage applicant records within assigned geographic territories.
Provide ongoing support and training to admissions staff regarding travel processes and campus tour procedures.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, reasoning, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and student information systems (BANNER, DATATEL, AdmissionPros, etc.).
Ability to present in one-on-one, small, and large group settings.
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
Experience training and supervising staff and student employees.
Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (required) with a minimum of 3 years of admissions and/or management or program coordination experience.
Experience in higher education or related educational capacity preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
