Purpose and Goals Priority-1, Inc. is a domestic freight services company that specializes in offering full service, nationwide logistics services to its customers. Priority-1 focuses on Less Than Truckload (LTL), Truckload (TL) and Expedited services. Priority-1 is seeking to hire a Digital Pricing Specialist.
Roles & Responsibilities
Capable of identifying customer needs and maintaining a customer service philosophy.
Efficient by being able to multitask, problem solve, and prioritize workload.
Being proactive by calling on customers to help the win/loss ratio.
Maintain relationships with sales and agents to collaborate in securing more truckloads.
Inspect load information and verify that all is correct to proceed with the loads.
Schedule/Set appointments with shippers and receivers.
Keep up with day‑to‑day operations to ensure loads are being worked on and followed up on.
Use decision-making skills to offer options and resolve problems.
Compensation & Benefits
$15.25/hour, plus commissions

Physical Requirements Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from a computer workstation; ability to multitask, problem solve, and prioritize daily workload; excellent organization and record‑keeping skills; comfortable with oral and written communications, primarily on the telephone and email. Requires extended periods of sitting, normal walking, bending, twisting, and stretching. Capability of sight and hearing required. Ability to deal with stressful situations and occasionally work extended hours. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
