About the role Champion Loyalty program and CRM initiatives within the organization, leading all marketing efforts from strategic planning through implementation. Essential to our business, the loyalty program boasts more than 5 million members and a multi-million dollar marketing budget. The Marketing Specialist will leverage comprehensive understanding of our customer, the loyalty program, the competitive environment and business needs to achieve goals via marketing expertise and cross-functional leadership.
The impact you can have
Reporting to the Sr Director of CRM & Loyalty, the individual must have experience implementing multi‑channel, complex marketing campaigns and tracking program performance
Working with a cross‑functional team, the Marketing Specialist will manage all marketing efforts supporting the Loyalty program and/or CRM initiatives which include retail, direct, digital and social tactics
The candidate will participate in overall CRM planning with focus on loyalty program strategies and tactics and should be comfortable working both at a strategic/conceptual level as well as at a tactical/implementation level.
Cultivate strong working relationships with internal marketing, production, email, digital, IT, store and customer service partners
Responsible for tracking and reporting loyalty program performance and established KPIs
Work with Analytics team to deliver actionable insights and make recommendations to optimize loyalty program marketing contacts and member value
Partner with brand marketing and e‑commerce team to ensure loyalty messaging and strategies are seamlessly integrated
Partner with third‑party in overall management and execution of credit card program
Responsible for oversight of multi‑million‑dollar budget
Maintain working knowledge of competitive landscape – share findings/make program enhancement recommendations
Manage vendors in the on‑time and on‑budget execution of direct mail campaigns
What you’ll bring to the role
College Degree
3+ years direct marketing or consulting experience – Loyalty program experience a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Retail experience/passion a plus

The wage range for this position is $55K to $64K. Successful candidates’ wage rates will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.*
