The Campaign Specialist role will support the operations central to our workplace giving campaigns which is an employer sponsored program that allows employees to donate to NGOs through their current employer. Their duties will involve workplace campaign support, technical assistance with online grant making systems, database maintenance, and championing tasks that enable fundraising teams. They will be working directly with the Sr. Campaign Manager. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Technical Assistance & Online Giving Support (35%) Partnering with Online Giving and Corporate Relations teams to support online platforms (including MobileCause & 32Auctions) Generating online giving donor reports Provide technical assistance to temporary staff during campaign season Answer online giving support line to respond to donor and client questions Workplace Campaign Support (25%) Offseason campaign support, including but not limited to preparing fundraising tools and materials for upcoming seasons Assist Campaign Manager with temporary staff onboarding and ongoing support Assist Campaign Manager with corporate ambassador training Assist with complex campaign tasks with Corporate Relations Specialist Database Maintenance & Monitoring (20%) Cleaning and maintaining company profiles within GTCUW CRM Tracking campaign materials inventory Upkeeping workplace portal by providing regular updates/language/content changes Relationship Building (10%) Cross-collaborating with internal teams to communicate strategies, updates, and results Collaborate with campaign team to align on interdepartmental goals, practices, and processes Other (10%) Attend GTCUW trainings and events Support GTCUW’s mission, vision, and objectives Other duties as assigned COMPETENCIES THAT SUPPORT YOUR WORK
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in philanthropy, nonprofit, or workplace operations preferred. Equivalent work experience of 4+ years without a degree accepted.
