Position Overview The Director of Travel Operations is responsible for organizing, arranging, and supporting athletics team travel needs for the Division of Athletics and Recreation (DCARD). This role will serve as the main point of contact for all travel needs, acting as the liaison between coaches/staff and all third-party travel vendors. The position requires a flexible schedule to respond to issues and make autonomous decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Sport Management plus 2-3 years of office and finance work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working as a Travel Coordinator or in the Business and/or Travel Operations of a college athletic department.
