Job Responsibilities
Provides comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
Triages client leads, makes referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, and meets with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend products.
Builds a financial plan with brokerage products, such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money‑managed solutions.
Recommends banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
Applies for and completes required industry licenses and trainings.
When required, obtains and maintains SAFE Act registration and completes background checks; failure may result in disciplinary action up to termination.
Required Qualifications
Ability to obtain required industry licenses.
Self‑disciplined in managing time and capacity.
Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
Strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
Results‑driven mindset while prioritizing client interests in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
Desired Qualifications
Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
Bachelor's degree or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
