Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (flexible depending on candidate's preference)
Salary:
$37-$40/hour D.O.E. + standard benefits (paid vacation, sick days, holidays)
Children:
Baby girl currently 5 months old
Pets:
1 x senior Yorkshire Terrier

First time parents in Campbell are seeking a bubbly, upbeat nanny to care for their baby girl (currently 5 months old). Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities, working on development, preparing bottles and baby-friendly meals, child laundry, light tidying, and occasional errands. The best person for them is energetic with a positive attitude, a safe driver, and reliable. Flexibility to travel is a nice-to-have as well (they take a few short domestic trips and one weeklong international trip each year).
Their proposed schedule is Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. but they are flexible and open to discussing fewer or more hours/days.
Experience Requirements
2 years minimum experience working as a nanny with excellent verifiable references
Educational Requirements
Fluency in English
Fluency in Mandarin or Korean (nice to have, not required)
Qualifications
COVID-vaccinated and boosted + ideally staying current on the booster or willing to update it
TB and Tdap vaccine
CPR Certified
Valid driver with clean record (household vehicle provided for work-related driving)
Flexibility and willingness to travel (nice to have; typically 2 shorter domestic trips and about a weeklong international trip each year)
Prior infant experience
Bubbly, friendly disposition
Energetic, upbeat, positive
Excellent communication
Reliable and punctual
Can make at least a year commitment
Responsibilities
Care for baby
Engaging in reading, conversation, play, singing, etc.
Planning age-appropriate activities and outings
Bathing the baby
Child laundry
Light tidying (nursery, common areas, play areas)
Prepare, wash, sanitize bottles
Prepare child-friendly meals and snacks
Light errands
Occasional date nights/weekends
