Learn and apply insurance sales and service best practices
Work with clients to understand their insurance needs
Present insurance solutions including auto, home, life, health, Medicare, and financial services
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Support day‑to‑day agency operations
Participate in training, coaching, and professional development
Engage in community outreach and networking activities
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic
Natural leadership skills with a passion for developing others
Ability to work independently while following established processes
Commitment to ethical business practices
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Illinois Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses required; assistance available
Series 6, 63, & 65 preferred but not required
