Associate Director of Coaching

The ADOC supports the Director of Coaching in leading player and coach development across the location. This role oversees all 7v7 teams, coaches one team, and is responsible for developing coaches and driving program growth.
Qualifications
Proven soccer coaching experience (youth development preferred)
Strong leadership with ability to develop and disciple coaches
Experience leading teams, programs, or staff
High‑level communication and relationship skills (players, parents, staff)
Organized and able to manage multiple teams and responsibilities
Growth‑minded with a commitment to continuous improvement
Alignment with Impact City FC’s mission, values, and faith‑based environment
Availability for evenings, weekends, and key club events
