Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly, professionally, and courteously
Provide knowledgeable, compelling product presentations
Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration drives
Prospect and develop new business continuously
Enter and manage customer information accurately in the CRM
Follow the Salesperson Daily Work Plan to maintain follow-up
Schedule daily appointments with prospective customers
Assist customers through a transparent, customer‑focused write‑up process
Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, pricing, and OEM incentives
Participate actively in daily sales and training meetings
Practice and refine core sales skills daily
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lot and showroom
Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure a premium delivery experience
Qualifications
Automotive sales experience strongly preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Efficient typing and accurate data‑entry ability
Basic math competency
Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, and digital tools (CDK Experience is a Plus!)
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
