Job Summary The Demand Generation Specialist is an on-site role responsible for generating and qualifying marketing leads and fueling top‑of‑the‑funnel activities to help us successfully reach our unit sales and revenue targets, as well as lead our tradeshow efforts.
Essential Marketing Duties & Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Steward our mission (to enrich lives by providing differentiated packaging automation and services) and values (unwavering integrity, servant’s heart, ownership spirit and continuous innovation and improvement)
Support tradeshow efforts through project coordination, planning, administration, set‑up and teardown. Travel to and participation in such events is required.
Process and qualify incoming marketing leads from various channels. Promote and warmly hand‑off marketing‑qualified leads to appropriate personnel.
Execute social media plans and foster engagement to promote growth in MQLs via these channels.
Fulfill the day‑to‑day operations of Hubspot including email scheduling, segmentation, reports, workflows, etc. based on strategic direction developed by marketing leadership.
Utilize data hygiene best practices to monitor and maintain data quality and compliance within the marketing databases.
Utilize analytics tools to develop and maintain reports and dashboards that accurately assess marketing effectiveness and business impact through defined KPIs.
Implement and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to support company initiatives and marketing strategies.
Nurture, protect and enhance our corporate image and brand.
Other Duties as Assigned: Respond with flexibility to the needs of the business – both internally and externally – by addressing important corporate initiatives when requested by management.

Education and/Or Experience Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Marketing or related field and/or equivalent experience. Tradeshow experience is preferred.
