Property Manager

team! Property Managers are the direct liaison between homeowners and others to oversee the properties under Natural Retreats’ management. Core duties include interacting with homeowners, maintaining and cultivating relationships, executing overall organization and management of properties, ensuring housekeeping, maintenance, and inspections are performed, and taking appropriate steps to ensure guest and homeowner satisfaction. The Property Manager also assists new homeowners with Natural Retreats processes, procedures, and standards. Compensation
Up to $70,000 / year, dependent upon experience. Benefits & PTO

Act as the point of contact for homeowners, completing duties that include but are not limited to:
Developing strategies within the management contract to achieve competitive advantage Proactively understanding homeowner expectations and revenue targets, and consistently communicating and monitoring satisfaction Answering questions and addressing client relations matters or concerns Developing and maintaining quality relationships
Analyze data to ensure revenue goals for homes are met Ensure successful onboarding of new homeowners and properties, including accurate system entry, permitting, and scheduling photography Collaborate with Maintenance, Housekeeping, or other department heads regarding services needed for each property Recommend and manage vendor outcomes for direct repairs and services; approve vendor invoices Review and approve homeowner charges and credits to produce accurate statements by applicable deadlines Prepare homes for guest arrival, including: conducting biweekly inspections, ensuring housekeeping brand standards, ensuring all systems are operational, and staging the property per standards Inform management of potential escalations and collaborate to ensure guest and homeowner satisfaction Complete and provide feedback on operational reports and inspections per Natural Retreats policies Conduct investigations and complete reports in the event of accidents, injuries, or property damage Act as a brand ambassador and promote Natural Retreats’ destinations and services Maintain ongoing, open, honest, and timely communication with managers, onsite staff, and all departments Carry the MOD phone during shared evenings on call/afterhours responsibilities Experience & Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent Prior customer‑service experience with a desire to delight clientele Valid driver’s license and ability to be covered under NR’s vehicle insurance Ability to pass pre‑employment testing (drug and background screening) Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and willingness to learn new software Excellent written and verbal communication with multiple stakeholders Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong connections with homeowners, including timely follow‑up, active listening, proactivity, adaptability, and problem solving Keen attention to detail and commitment to luxury service standards Willowfully providing outstanding customer service Strong administrative and organizational skills, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Team‑player mentality with willingness to be flexible and open to feedback and growth Enthusiasm for Natural Retreats and associated brands Ability to adapt to fast‑paced work environment with fluctuating hours, especially during peak season Ability to walk during periodic periods on uneven surfaces and lift up to 25 lbs (with reasonable accommodation as needed) Hours of Work
This is a full‑time position. Due to the nature of the role, the team Member should be flexible with hours. Expect to respond to inquiries from 8 AM to 7 PM during a five‑day work week. Two (2) days off per week are encouraged when possible, acknowledging that guests can arrive at unpredictable times. The team Member should always be available for emergencies, which may include evenings and on‑call hours. Exact daily schedule may vary seasonally.
