Job Description

Two resources at Level 2

Work as support layer between Citrix Eng. team (L3) and help desk (L1)

Support and troubleshoot the Citrix 7.12 environment

Must have knowledge or XenDesktop, NetScaler,

Dell - Wyse Thin client a major plus

Support for Citrix and physical desktops/laptops running Windows 10.
