Position Summary FC Cincinnati is seeking a highly motivated individual interested in enhancing the fan experience at FC Cincinnati. This role will support the departments’ goal of increasing the fan experience of every individual at each matchday and any other special event. This position will work an average of 25 hours a week including FCC home matches. This role is primarily based at TQL Stadium. There may be weekend, evening, and holiday hours required. This is a paid internship and college credit is available.
What You’ll Do
Assist in the planning and execution of various match day activations that take place at TQL Stadium and neighboring activation sights such as Washington Park
Lead the set up and execution of fan experience areas at the stadium on match day
Assist with the planning and execution of public FCC events that are outside of match day
Creatively solve problems, maintain fan relationships and improve overall fan experience
Work closely with internal and external partners to execute event vision
Manage and organize all fan engagement storage spaces
Interact with fans at matches and events, providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.
Ideation of new fan experience opportunities and touchpoints for FCC and its
Lead FC Cincinnati’s Acknowledgement Programs such as the Birthday Treat

Self-starter that can be given a task and will take ownership for the successful execution on it
Ability to think critically and outside the box
Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
Ability to work 2026 home matches and special events is required
Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by the FCC game schedule and special events
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and provide verification of vaccination prior to start date
