Employee Group Benefits Account Manager

to our rapidly growing Group Benefits Department with the following skillset: Preferred candidate resides either in the local area or within a few hours drive of Memphis, TN. Requires 3-5 years’ experience working for an insurance agency, TPA, or insurance carrier; Prefer experience in employee group benefits managing a book of business; Preparing RFPs for various lines of coverage for prospects and clients; Preparing proposals and assist in sales presentations; Knowledgeable in HSA, FSA, HRA, COBRA, ERISA and various DOL guidelines; Provide back-office support to clients for enrollments and other duties; Maintain relationships with insurance carriers representatives; Maintain client in multiple agency management and Ben-Admin systems; Proficient in Microsoft products; Excellent communication skills to develop and maintain favorable relationships with clients; TN LIFE & HEALTH LICENSE required within 90 days required within 6 months.
