JOB SUMMARY The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to support the organization’s hiring needs across various departments. This role partners with hiring managers to source, attract, and hire qualified candidates while ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in high-volume recruiting, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
Note: This is a fully on-site position (Monday–Friday) based in Melville, NY. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Long Island.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting tools
Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Assist with drafting and posting job descriptions
Support onboarding processes, including background checks and new hire documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline activity
Qualifications / Education
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
