Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Specialist located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Insurance Sales Specialist will handle day‑to‑day responsibilities including identifying prospective clients, advising customers on insurance solutions, and managing the enrollment process. Responsibilities also include building and nurturing client relationships, staying informed on health insurance products, and maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and transactions. The role requires a proactive approach to meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Insurance Sales, including the ability to assess client needs and present appropriate coverage solutions
Proficiency in Customer Service, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
Self‑motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high‑paced sales environment
Florida health insurance license or willingness to obtain one prior to employment
