Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement dynamic, student‑centered programs focused on curriculum and teaching.

• Oversee program operations, including budget management and compliance with university and agency policies.

• Conduct program evaluation, designing and implementing formative and summative evaluation strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum of four years’ experience in personnel supervision and evaluation, program development and evaluation, and fiscal management.

Four years of progressively responsible and applicable management or supervisory experience.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field preferred.

Possession of a valid California Teaching or Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential preferred.

Experience working with TRiO Upward Bound or Talent Search programs and familiarity with federal compliance standards highly desirable.

Demonstrated experience working with high school‑aged students; aptitude in management, supervision, strategic planning, project management, and program implementation.

Ability to adapt to change, handle multiple tasks, communicate clearly in oral and written form, and proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office; knowledge of Google Suite, Aeries, student information systems, and PeopleSoft preferred.

English proficiency; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Successful completion of live‑scan fingerprinting and TB test required.

Benefits & Salary Starting salary is $6,000–$6,250 a month, dependent on qualifications and experience.

This is a full‑time, fixed‑term position. Reappointment is based on performance and budgetary considerations.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, retirement (CalPERS), tuition waiver, vacation and sick leave, and 15 paid holidays.
