Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Market bench consultants (OPT, H1B, GC, USC) to vendors and clients

Maintain and update the bench database regularly

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and implementation partners

Submit consultants to suitable job requirements and follow up for closures

Negotiate billing rates and ensure successful placements

Coordinate interviews and manage the submission process end-to-end

Track submissions, interviews, and placements

Required Skills:

2–10 years of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing

Strong understanding of visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC)

Proven experience in marketing bench candidates

Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Nice to Have:

Strong vendor and client network

Experience working with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients

Good knowledge of IT technologies and market trends
