to join its
Construction & Real Estate Practice
in
Houston, Texas :
1–5 years of experience
Compensation: Up to $200,000 base
Seeking an attorney with experience handling
construction disputes , including
delays, payment disputes, liens, breach of contract, arbitration, mediation, and litigation .
8–12 years of experience
Compensation: Up to $250,000 base
Seeking an attorney with strong experience drafting and negotiating
construction contracts, development agreements, real estate agreements, and other transactional documents .
Ideal candidates will have
some portable business
or a demonstrated interest in
business development, client relationship management, and practice growth .
Relevant experience in the respective practice area
Strong drafting, analytical, and client-facing skills
Active Texas Bar
required
Strong platform for long-term growth
Sophisticated and high-level work

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between
