Job Description Director of Giver Services

A well‑established Christian nonprofit organization in Orlando is seeking a

Director of Giver Services

to play a key role in cultivating meaningful relationships with individuals and families committed to charitable giving. This organization serves hundreds of families locally and facilitates significant grantmaking to ministries and nonprofits nationwide.

Position Summary The Director of Giver Services is a relational, proactive leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. This role supports both new and existing givers by providing high‑touch engagement, overseeing gift and grant administration, managing sales operations processes, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The position partners closely with leadership to strengthen operations, track strategic goals, and help build a culture of generosity.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage and onboard new givers; build strong ongoing relationships

Provide concierge‑level support to high‑capacity givers

Oversee gift and grant processing, complex transactions, and CRM management

Resolve client‑impacting issues and ensure exceptional customer service

Support advisor and ministry relationships

Assist with sales operations, reporting, pipeline tracking, and team coordination

Support local marketing and communications initiatives

Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, event management, inside sales, or similar field

Nonprofit, ministry, or charitable giving experience preferred

Strong Microsoft Office skills required; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) a plus
