Position Description: Director of Development – A Calling to Inspire Generosity
Do you feel called to use your gifts in leadership, communication, and relationship-building to advance God’s work? We are prayerfully seeking a Director of Development who is passionate about ministry and inspired to invite others into life-changing impact.
In this role, you will serve as a key voice and ambassador, sharing the mission with churches, individuals, and community partners—often speaking directly to congregations and engaging hearts toward generosity. You’ll build meaningful relationships that connect people to the mission and create opportunities for them to make an eternal difference.
As part of our Executive Leadership Team, you will help guide the organization’s vision while leading fundraising efforts, events, and communications that support and expand our ministry.

Build authentic, Christ-centered relationships with donors, churches, and partners Speak in churches and community settings to share the mission and invite support Lead fundraising initiatives that fuel ministry growth and impact Encourage and steward generosity in ways that are meaningful and spiritually enriching Equip and lead a team dedicated to advancing the mission Who You Are:
