This internship is ideal for someone passionate about worship, ministry, technology, and building teams. The intern will play a key role in developing systems, training volunteers, and ensuring smooth and unified worship experiences both in-person and online. We will consider a summer intern or one up to 1 year in length. We are looking for someone who already has a basic understanding of sound, livestreaming, and worship technology. We use ProPresenter for our projection software and Subsplash for livestreaming. Primary Responsibilities Learn the church’s current audiovisual setup and help troubleshoot ongoing technical issues. Serve as a bridge between multiple worship teams, ensuring consistent setup and transitions across two services using iPad-based presets and shared systems. Create and refine processes for communication, scheduling, and coordination among AV volunteers, worship leaders, and ministers. Recruit and train volunteers to run sound, projection, and livestream operations. Operate and train others in ProPresenter for sermon notes, worship lyrics, and media elements during services. Help improve and maintain the church’s 11 a.m. livestream, resolving issues and enhancing quality using the Subsplash platform. Other opportunities could include social media and video production.
